Five Lakes Farm Home Bakery is a small home bakery, located in beautiful North Idaho. We specialize in crafting delicious small cakes and cupcakes with a touch of love in every bite. Our passion for using organic flour, non-gmo sugars, pure extracts, fair trade cocoa, and plant based colors and sprinkles sets us apart.

Hi! I am Erika, I have always enjoyed baking and cooking as far back as I can remember. I love to host small gatherings at my home and bake for friends and family. In 2017 I decided to start a little micro-bakery, out of my home, as a creative, therapeutic outlet for myself. On top of being a home baker, I spend most of my time with my six children, exploring, schooling, or just spending our summer days by our beautiful North Idaho lakes.

My goal is to provide baked goods made with high-quality ingredients that cater to customers who value clean and wholesome treats. I take pride in creating irresistible delicacies that bring joy to every occasion. I would love to be a part of your next special event, birthday, or just because!
